Paul Williams was born September 19, 1940 in Omaha, Nebraska. He is 70 years old today and I hope he is having a lovely day.
He is a prolific song writer. He wrote songs such as Evergreen--the theme from A Star is Born with Barbara Streisand and Kris Kristofferson. He wrote the theme song and appeared as a guest on The Love Boat. Other notable songs include, Rainy Days and Mondays, and We've only Just Begun.
He's a wonderful songwriter and so many of his songs were sung by other artists. He also sang and was an actor.
