This morning after breakfast, I went to a panel discussion on casting secrets. It was interesting to hear about how these casting directors put together casts of such great movies as The Godfather and American Graffiti. They said how they look for people to fill the director's dream of the movie or try to steer the director in a new direction. It was interesting to hear it from the movie and the HBO perspective. It is clearly a lot of work to find people to fit certain roles and to have the right chemistry with the other actors. We all know what it looks like when it is right.
